3G & 4G: Download speeds are capped at 100Mbps.
5G: Download speeds are capped at 250Mbps.

What are the requirements to access 5G?

To access 5G, you will need a 5G compatible device, a 5G enabled plan, and be in the Telstra Wholesale 5G coverage area which now reaches at least 75% of the Australia population.

At UcPath, we believe in transparency and affordability. Our mobile broadband plans have no setup fees or hidden charges. The monthly price you see is the amount you pay, which is inclusive of GST.

How does shared data work?

Shared data allows you to pool the data allowances of multiple mobile plans and mobile broadband plans under one account, making it easier for your team to stay connected and productive without worrying about individual data usage.

How can I check my data usage and balance?

You can monitor your data usage and balance through our user-friendly online portal. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team, who will be happy to provide you with the information you need.

Will I receive any automatic usage notifications?

Yes. Usage notifications will be sent at 50%, 85% and 100% of consumption for every Domestic and International Roaming service.

Can I change my Mobile Broadband plan if my business needs change?

Absolutely! At UcPath, we understand that business needs can change. You can switch to a different Mobile Broadband plan on the 27th of each month time to better suit your requirements, as our plans have no lock-in contracts and operate on a month-to-month basis.

What is the process for adding international roaming to my plan?

International Roaming is not supported on our business mobile broadband plans.
