How does data banking work?

Data banking allows you to save any unused mobile data from your current billing cycle for future use. This saved data can be accessed and used when needed, providing flexibility and cost control. The maximum data bank you can accumulate is 500GB, and usage priority will always be your regular monthly allocated data first.

Can I share my data with other mobile plans on the same account?

No. Mobile banking plans are intended for small businesses who do not require data sharing. By removing this feature we were able to add more value in other areas such as 5G access on lower cost plans and higher non shared data allowances.

Will I receive any automatic usage notifications?

Yes. Usage notifications will be sent at 50%, 85% and 100% of consumption for every Domestic and International Roaming service.

Can I change my Mobile banking plan if my business needs change?

Absolutely! At UcPath, we understand that business needs can change. You can switch to a different Mobile plan on the 27th of each month time to better suit your requirements, as our plans have no lock-in contracts and operate on a month-to-month basis.
