What internet connection speed do I need for Hosted Voice?

We recommend a minimum internet speed of 100 kbps per user for voice calls. To improve the user experience, we recommend having a faster internet connection. This is especially important if you plan on using video calls or other high-data features.

What support is available with Hosted Voice?

We offer full Australian support between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday AEST, excluding public holidays.
